Yes, his epic hacking has led me to discovering http://backupify.com which
backups up your cloud presence, including gMail, Facebook (I think).
While the big cloud providers have massively redundant backups, you will
still lose your data if you accidentally delete it, or the provider cancels
your account (as has happened to several Google users for perceived
violation of ToS.)

backupify.com prevents you (or someone else) deleting your backups by
removing the "Delete" button!
