[Year 12 IT Apps] User documentation

Word's neither web editing tool nor a multimedia authoring tool so it
doesn't qualify.

I believe Powerpoint qualifies as a multimedia authoring tool since it lets
you build an information product with text, still and moving images, sound,
numeric data, animation etc.
Of course it's really only useful as a documentation tool if it's put into
kiosk mode so the user can control navigation.
