[Year 12 IT Apps] Query regarding activites for normalising a database

Dear all, I'm sure that somebody has already asked this and I apologise (in advance) if that is the case and there have already been a pile of helpful responses - HOWEVER, I'd love to know where I can get hold of some question sheets, activites (with answers preferably!) that can be used to help students develop their skills when it comes to normalising a database. And also, any activites, sheets, sites documents etc that can help with understanding primary keys and foreign keys (and the like).
