[Year 12 IT Apps] When to establish evaluation criteria?

Hi Robert.  Yes, I know what the SD says on page 16, but my argument is that
it's wrong. There have already been 2 errata to fix SD errors so it's
certainly not infallible.

Of course I'll abide by the SD so my kids give the expected answers to exam
questions, even if I disagree with it.
But if we don't question the design, the same fault will roll over into the
next study design.

So anyway, Robert. Do you personally think page 16 is correct?  :-)
