[Year 12 IT Apps] Normal forms

(The other) Mark,
I am aware that there are different methods to normalise, but in the absence
of anything official, I had to go with something. The method I taught my
students was hopefully simple enough for them to understand and get through
their SAC task. They still struggled as we didn't have the classtime to go
through heaps of examples as we did at Uni.
Like others, I am just hoping nothing too complicated is on the exam.
