I haven't looked at the actual question, but could it be as simple as using required fields in the form?

I know this issue has been rasied before on the list but i'm still unsure about this key knowledge point



Suggestions so far have included items such as forms, email links, surveys, wiki's, forums etc. There has also been mentioned that Google Analytics could be used...



But question 1C from the sample exam states:

What technique could Keep Well Diagnosis Online use to encourage reluctant users to input personal data into its website?



A form is already given with the question



So is it possible that techniques refer to items like promotions, competitions, member only access - that encourage users to enter their personal data, rather than the method of data capture?
