[Year 12 IT Apps] Forms in U3outcome 2

Ben,
My students did do forms but it was not mandatory. As long as they had the
required queries. It was up to them if they then viewed that query in a
form. I also made them do a switchboard to manage the elements of their
solution which is not really required.
