Hi Bill, sorry I can't take your classes in term 2. good to here you are
still around, this is my last year as next year I'm on LSL for the whole
year before I retire. I'll probably do emergency teaching after that or
find another job outside teaching. Not sure yet, I'll have next year to
think about it. Anyway, I did not see you at the VITTA conference last
year and I thought you might have retired already. But I did want to
tell you (if you did not here) that at the VITTA conference in 2009 you
did not stay back to collect your prizes. Yes, you actually won the
first and second major prizes (an iPhone and a colour laser printer).
But as you did not stick around they were awarded to the next entry.
Sorry to tell you this, but you missed out on great prizes. Enjoy your
time of in term 2. My son did well at CRC Sydenham, he got 78 and is
doing B.Sc. (Surveying) at RMIT with a company already offering him a
job when he graduates. 

Take care dear friend and enjoy you time next term. How long will you be
teaching after that?? Martin

I am also taking long service leave for term 2 on a family holiday.
There is a vacancy in Information Technology which includes year 9, 10
and 11 (1/2 and VET) for term 2.
