Thank you Kevork. I hope that you have a great holiday too.
Having had several students score 50 in the past, and having none above 40 in several other years - including this one, I feel prouder of my students who scored 38, but really had to work to do so, than my '50s' who may well have scored 50 regardless. I know that I worked hard for them, and my skills in cattle herding, biting ankles to get them moving in the right direction etc have constantly improved. Those that had students score 50, well done, but I feel that we all deserve credit. We all try to 'value add' for our students. So well done everyone.

Hi Folks,

I still have a few hours left to thank everyone for once again making this online community what it is.
Well done to those teachers who were on the outstanding end of the spectrum with awesome results for their students.
I would like to congratulate Judy Zuccon who achieved a 50 in the third year in a row in IT Apps and had 12 students with a 40 or above. Judy was a prolific contributor to our online communities and also the VITTA Outstanding Achievement Award recipient in 2011. Judy you are amazing . We are in awe of what you have achieved.
I would also like to congratulate Mark Kelly with 7 students scoring 40 plus and 2 students in Software Development in that band as well as his enormous contribution to our online communities once again.
I would also like to make sure teachers who did not make the headlines also feel valued and recognised for all their efforts this year. We can't always get students to score a 40 plus but we do spare no effort to help them improve and to reach their potential and to make a difference to their lives. So, this is to recognise the teachers who taught the 92% of students who did not make the headlines.

Thanks also to all our contributors including Paula Christophersen from the VCAA who has been always ready to assist with all the queries we have.

Wishing you all a relaxing well deserved holiday

Kindest Regards
