FYI- no it hasnt .

Adobe has stoped producing for mobile devices and given in to html5.

IT still will be the dominant player in games/3D apps/interactive apps as it is years ahead of html5 in many respects. Dont need flash for low level work like playing video/simple animations/ simple games.
