Hi Steven. Yes, but the Privacy Act 1988 only covers private orgs with
annual turnover > $3m... or those I mentioned before e.g. holding medical
info. It would not include the org in the case study.
Anyway, as I read it, the private sector act is now just part of the Privacy
Act and shouldn't be addressed separately (as it was in the previous study
design 2003-2006).
