[Year 12 IT Apps] New study design - U3O1 PSM stages?

In the new Study Design, Unit 3 Outcome 1, task 1, involves applying "stages
of the problem-solving methodology".

The key knowledge for AOS1 also just refers to "stages of the
problem-solving methodology".

Yet the handout Paula gave out at the VCE IT implementation workshop says of
AOS1: *"Analysis, Design and Development stages of the PSM are applied".*

Does this mean that evaluation is *not* required in U3O1?
