If you're having trouble accessing the site, please email me directly at jana.raus at cengage.com<mailto:jana.raus at cengage.com>. (Although the emails going around about becoming my Facebook friend are cracking me up.) I'm also happy to be contacted on the phone numbers below.

Before you contact me, I recommend that you perform a simple test to work out if it's a firewall issue caused by your school. What's the test? Try logging in from your home internet connection. If you're successful at home, then you'll need to contact your IT people at school to give you access to the site.

Firewalls are the most common problem that I've encountered to date, but I'm happy to talk with you if you need further help.
