[Year 12 IT Apps] Is there an easy way to get VB NET?

Hello,

 

I have been using Visual Basic 6.0 in Unit 2

 

 

Planning to move to Visual Basic NET next year.

 

 

So I Just spent ages downloading, installing and registering Visual
Studio 2010 Express for my own laptop.

 

 

 

Is there an easier way of getting VB NET that would be appropriate for
Unit 2 and Unit 3 & 4 Software Development?
