[Year 12 IT Apps] ESL students and the exam

Hi all
 
For the first time, I have an ESL student who is asking what type of assistance he can have translating the exam paper. His English is reasonable, but not comprehensive technically. What do others prvide within the guidelines?

Could someone please pass me the answers to the questions for ch 3,4,5,6,7,8  IT apps Potts. 
I can't get in the website teacher solutions and my students should have covered this all by holidays. 
My password isnt getting me in.
