[Year 12 IT Apps] new study Design

Hi,

In the new study design for IT apps it looks similar to current study design except in Unit 4 outcome 1 I can use  a DBMS instead of a Spreadsheet. What I want to know could this be a database connected to a website? I am unsure of the difference between  a database outcome for in Unit 3 and Unit4.
