INFORMED ICT SCHOOL LEADERSHIP

Information and Communications Technology leaders have a crucial role to play in schools. In investigating the ICT leadership role, Therese Keane conducted research to obtain perspectives from a variety of personnel in key leadership positions in schools as well as teacher perspectives. From the research it was identified that to be an effective Information and Communications Technology leader, one needs to have experience and skills in four specific areas. Find out what these are and how to implement effective ICT leadership in your school.
