Gantt ChartsHi Andrew,

Project Managment allows you to theoretically define your project, ie. timelines, resources (hardware, software, people, finacne, etc.) milestones, and so on.

The Gantt Chart is simly a tool to map the overall tasks, timeline, milestones and dependants of your project. They definately go hand in hand.

I hope this helps a little, Litsa.

  Hi,

What is the difference between Gantt Charts and Project management because I am seeing these 2 terms used interchangeably.
I also see the need to do both for Sac requirements.
