[Year 12 IT Apps] images

Attibution is just one part of the creative commons licence. What you are
looking for is the set of public domain photographs that don't ask for
atribution. Not as much stuff out there but there is something for you to
work with. Attribution can link to a page that lists the source for all the
images you may be using. If this is for a website, it can go on a specific
page for this kind of thing. If this is a document, a reference at the end
would be sufficient. Point is that you are not crediting the work as your
own. Melbourne Tourism has used some of my photographs so you can poke
around their website for ideas how to do this.

Yes, it is odd to block CC. They may as well start blocking all the
unsolicited and disruptive ideas that will flow from the public commons from
talk-back radio, free speech and gov2.0 .. goodness knows where that could
end up but it sounds like a very small and quiet room. I suppose if they
believe in open filtering, they will need to explain and justify their
position.
