We have used Netspace for 3+ years as our ISP. I don't use their filtering at all; I use 3rd party software filtering.

I recommend it to all. You have full control over what's filtered, and can make adjustments virtually instantly. It will cost you a bit, but its worth it.

There are a number of 3rd party solutions. Contact me directly for info on what I use.

I thought that the process of opening a site through Netspace necessitated
contacting them centrally. If that is not the case then I certainly will
suggest to our techs that they do that in future.
