[Year 12 IT Apps] Nelson info tech website

hi Folks,
 
I am having trouble accessing the Nelson info tech website.  I have requested and received the correct (updated) passwords.  However when I try to log into the teacher resources section, the following happens:
 
When you put in the User ID, it is attempting to put in a domain address in front of the user ID.  (so it puts in www.nelsoninfotech.com.au\IT3and4 <https://www.edumail.vic.gov.au/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=https://www.edumail.vic.gov.au/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.nelsoninfotech.com.au/IT3and4>  instead of just IT3and4). 
 
I have contacted Nelson and they say that their website is working perfectly.  I have asked my technician and he seems to think its their problem.  Does anyone else have a similar problem (or can suggest a fix)
