Interesting you say they're on dual boot. Do you have any issues with software loaded on each platform not running properly? We just upgraded to server 08 r2.
We here have 10 Macs on a trolley and 40 Windows based laptops on 4 others. 
What type of use do your mac's mainly get..we got them primarily for graphics and media studies subjects.
Costs generally?
I shall have a squizz at the Apple OS10 offer..

At Bright, we have half a dozen staff with Apple Notebooks, with dual boot (the major reason for this is for MarkBook).  No-one has any great problems with them.

We also have a COW with 12 Apple Notebooks as well - in high demand.  There is also a Windows COW as well as Netbooks.
