[Year 12 IT Apps] Emails as a legal document

Blows smoke ring ... This is not to say that it cannot be used against you
in a slander or harassment case, just that there isnt much legal precedence
or case law for your lawyers to work with. Be good, do good and speak only
good.
I like this description that implies that email has about the same digital
behaviour of a birds nest and legal weight of a holiday post card. If you
are threatened by email, feel free to sue those chaps in Nigeria who enjoy
filling our mail boxes. If you have a great and burning love for legal
disclaimers then scribble onto one the back of the next holiday picture you
next pop into the post for your colleagues back at work. If you think the
legal weight is important, pop it onto the top of all your emails.
