Interesting study design..
Unit 3  Web site (prototype or active?)  will cause some questions there..
          SS & DB   (seems to combine the current oc1 and U4 oc1 in parts)
 
Unit 4 Another Database and the same security based outcome.
 
hmmm...2 databases....
If I were a student, errr, would be looking widely at potential other options if I hated databases!
 
Thanks BOS, you make teaching I.T. which is already a challenge to keep interesting, even 'more' of a challenge to entice newbies....
 
Glad I have maths as a second subject, I may need it!!

Just a reminder that the draft VCE IT study design is now on the VCAA website and your feedback is welcome. The following link takes you to the summary of changes, the draft study design and the online survey. Consultation finishes on 18 September. I know that many people have commented via this list on aspects of the study design, however, the survey gives you an opportunity to respond to the structure and content of each unit, and to targeted questions.

VITTA is also holding a consultation focus group meeting, which provides you with an opportunity to discuss with colleagues the draft study design. This meeting will be held on 17 September.
