'Over 8M Virginian patient records held to ransom, 30 Apr 2009'

A good data security point for U4O2 - a ne'er-do-well has encrypted data 
for 8,257,378 patient records and a total of 35,548,087 prescriptions 
and is demanding $10m for the decryption key.
