[Year 12 IT Apps] Those email "footnotes"

Allow me to comment if I may...
Firstly, the footnote on my emails is there as I was instructed when my account was set up here at work. I note that the last email referred to an individual component of the content. Speaking from the sender perspective, as I post emails to the list, 'we' are bound, in general, by the terms of list use as we agreed when adding our names to it for useage, postings and so on. 
I generally, dont post items that are legally 'an issue', on the list as they almost all are of an educational nature.

I guess two little words..."common sense"...really.

Now some of this is fine.  But I wonder about the statement
