Sorry, but did not have one response from the list. 
The VITTA web site have some resources from Antonia Caridi which are quite helpful and also the VCAA CD has examples of Outcomes.

Hi individuals:
I have been teaching ITA 3 and 4 for a while, but have not had a Unit 1 and 2 since the course was changed, with exception of this year. Finding it quite hard to find more recent Outcome resources examples/samples any where.
Can anyone assist with this?
