[Year 12 IT Apps] Css in Expression web

Hi folks
 
I am quietly going mad here (well for the last two periods at least) trying to get my brain around css in Expression web.  I can import .css files OK.  But setting up my own .css and then applying to all the pages on the site is tricker -I'm basically going round in circles, and the "help" menu aint helping!
 
Does anyone have an easy guide that they could share?
