[Year 12 IT Apps] rudd money

I have published our strategic plan here that details our plans
http://tr.im/v8oY      Not holding our breath and waiting until much later
in the year before implementing any spending. In any case, too late now to
have any significant impact on our 10-12 curriculum and the Oz dollar is
rising nicely.
