[Year 12 IT Apps] Shift Happens: VITTA Conference 2008

Hi everyone (and apologies for the cross posts),

 

Our annual conference is rapidly taking shape and I for one and really
looking forward to it - at a great new location this year providing
undercover parking as well as accommodation options.

The full program will be sent out to schools for the first week of Term 4,
but in the meantime, here are some highlights:

.         3 days of sessions, networking opportunities and ICT Expo.

.         Over 220 presenters and inspirational Keynotes.

.         Special Early Years Day (for the first time in 2008), Principals
and ICT Leaders Day, Technical day and PixelEd stream.

.         60 cutting edge ICT education services and suppliers in the Expo

.         Practical workshops with 8 labs of computers - Apple, Desktops
with Wacom tablets, OLPCs, Asus eeePCs, ACER Inspires, using the latest
technologies for education.  

Don't forget about the conference dinner (and trivia event - first time in
2008)!  Look forward to seeing you all there!
