thanks for all your help, and to all the others that have helped me and everyone else this year... you have been a god send.. 
My laptop policy is being vetted as we speak so I can hand that to  others next week if they still wish to see it.. (keep in mind it is very basic and there is two versions... use of wireless and no use of wireless) if you want a copy please inform me of which version..
