[Year 12 IT Apps] VITTA Professional Learning and Projects

I am retiring from DEECD at the end of next Feb and will be exploring,
experimenting, contacting and possibly begging (given the financial
situation of the planet).

Very interested in all options esp. staff professional development (P-12 in
almost any software platform at variety of levels), remote moodle
management, on site moodle management,  etc etc..)

Haven't thought it through yet as I just want to clear my head of
pre-conceived notions and ask that question . "Now have I forgotten anything
in my life plan ?"

Dear Colleagues, apologies for the cross posts.

There has been much discussion in the VITTA office of the wealth of
expertise of  many teachers of IT specialist studies and those integrating
ICT into student learning. The fact is there are many of you reaching the
magical age who still have the desire and energy to contribute to the
education community beyond the classroom. 

 

VITTA is currently seeking interest from teachers who are in this position
and could consider providing professional learning on a regular or ad hoc
basis, developing resources or working on projects which include utilising
emerging technologies for teaching and learning. Work can be negotiated as
part time, working virtually, project work within a team or developing
resources independently.
