I reckon q16 (chess club) could have all of the above if appropriate security was set up!! But, 'any location' might include the oval..so, wireless might be the desired option, but, secure? errr, nope...
too many answers with counter arguments possible for my liking here!!!!

My summation of it....
Lets just say there will be a 'fair spread' on the Bell curve given what my reading of the paper indicates. Some hard, some drop dead easy and some 'just right'!
I think .... a good paper!
