Subject: [Year 12 IT Apps] VCE IT Study Design Day: Units 2 & 4

 

Do you need to refresh your VCE IT Units 2 & 4 skills? Do you want to
learn from experienced teachers who are operating in the classroom? New
and experienced teachers of Year 11 and 12 VCE IT are invited to share
in the VCE IT Day: Units 2 & 4 experience and gain the knowledge you
need to implement the ITA, SD and Unit 2 IT study design with your
students.

 

Date: Friday 15th February

Venue: The University of Melbourne, ICT Building, 111 Barry Street,
Carlton (Malways 2B C9)

Time: 8:30am - 3:15pm

 

Sessions: 

1) Overview: Relationship between the curriculum and the assessment
(Paula Christophersen - VCAA)

2) Choose two of the following three sessions:

    - Year 11 Unit 2 - IT Pathways Outcomes 1 - 3

    - Software Development Unit 4 Outcomes 1 & 2

    - ITA Unit 4 Outcomes 1 & 2

 

Cost: 

VITTA Individual Members - $195

VITTA School Members - $230

Non-VITTA Members - $260

Please note. This event is a sequal to the VCE IT Day: Units 1 & 3 held
in February of this year. If you have already registered for both days,
there is no need to re-register. You will be sent a reminder/
confirmation email shortly. Those of you who did not attend the initial
day in February are still welcome to attend the VCE IT Day: Units 2 & 4
as it is not necessary to attend both and materials are independant.
