[Year 12 IT Apps] OT - web based ordering system

Can anyone share their experience or knowledge regarding a web base ordering
system, which will eliminate order books.

I am looking for a web based application that allows teachers to make orders
via their browser, admin verify the success of the order allowing teacher Œs
to proceed with the purchase.

The system needs to be accessed across the curriculum and admin networks

I have looked at a couple of access based programs that seem very clunky.

Any feedback will be appreciated
