[Year 12 IT Apps] HardDrive Repairs expert required

Hi everyone, a teacher here has lost all his work (and more importantly
many family photos) due to a crashed Hard_drive. Can anyone out there
recommend a an expert how can retrieve the lost photos?? Thank you
