[Year 12 IT Apps] OT - laptop replacement issue

I was thinking that since schools replace old PCs all the time, they may want to give them to an NGO that is doing amazing work in Afghanistan.

That's all very well, but in keeping with this thread, would you  
suggest that teachers buy their old lease machine for $300 and then  
donate it? Not sure you will get many takers.
