[Year 12 IT Apps] Sac 1 Analysis

G'day Mark ,

I've got just a quick question in regards to the analysis part of the first Sac. I attended the VITTA conference for sac 4 and noted that you recommended a 20 minute timeslot for the analysis under test conditions. Having just looked at a practice sac it noted that the analysis section should include a project management plan, gantt chart and IPO chart as well as the description of the problem.

Obviously all that couldn't be done in 20 minutes and I'm aware of how your method relates directly to the requirements set in the study guide yet I also see the value of the project management plan especially in preparation for the third task. Not too sure how to go about it and would appreciate advice / thoughts on this matter as the analysis part could range from a 20 minute job to a 90 minute job and it may be that teachers view the importance of the analysis differently.

(I'm a graduate and this is my first post so I apologise in advance if this issue has already been discussed)
