Here are the first two homework sheets to get you started.  They are based on the "standard" textbook that most people use - IT Applications by Collin Potts.  
 
I also find the website quite good - there are student activities, revision questions & quizzes etc. Just go to http://www.nelsoninfotech.com.au and click onto the student resources.  There are some teacher resources, including SACS (with some solutions) as well but you have to request a password from the site administrator.
 
There is also a wealth of material on the VITTA website and Mark Kelly's site.  He has also written a book entitled "Leading Edge - VCE Units 3&4 - IT Applications" which is published by Harcourt Education which I can recommend, especially before the exam as its great for revision. VITTA is also running a series of PD sessions which may also be of benefit to you - the timetable is on their website.
 
Finally, you can purchase sample SACS from warringal publications (also written by Mark Kelly)  at www.warringalpublications.com.au  or VITTA, (Curriculum support CD) and there are a few others floating around.  Once you get the "feel" of what is required, its quite easy to write your own, or adapt from someone else's.  I hope you enjoy teaching IT this year,

Hi Janet
 
My name is Kerrie Hammond and I am teaching IT Applications for the first time. Though I did teach IPM many years ago.  I was looking at your timeline and wondered if you had structured homework sheets that you set for your students and if so if you would be happy to share them. Also would it be possible to have a look at your SAC's for unit 3 or perhaps the practise ones that you use?

I have just finished creating mine - obviously our term dates, events etc will be different, but this is what I am planning to do.  Of course,  it is always subject to change   ;-)   I hope you have fun teching IT this year,
