[Year 12 IT Apps] VITTA Regional PD

This is great news. But can someone explain what 'regional' means. Will this include Bairnsdale and Sale, for example? 'Regional' sounds a bit vague at the moment. I will need more details about the 'regional' bit before I can REALLY get  excited.
