In a form insert a text box and type =int(now()-[D_O_B]/365.25) where D_O_B
is the Date Of Birth field in the table
In a spare column in a query type Age: int(now()-[D_O_B]/365.25)
Formulae also works in a spreadsheet substituting [D_O_B] with the relevant
cell reference.
