[Year 12 IT Apps] Project Management Software

In the deep dark recesses of my mind, I seemed to remember that a "software tool" had to be used to do the project management plan.  Page 30 of the study design confirmed this.  So would pen and paper constitute this?  I think they want us to use software such as Excel rather than grids that are to be filled in manually.

In the past I have given kids a grid that I generally make in Excel and
they do it by hand. Low tech, but it means that the kids get to
understand the concept of putting together a gantt chart. I tend not to
spend much time teaching PM software. However, the kids are aware of the
software packages and what they do.
