[Year 12 IT Apps] Project Management Software

Melissa you are not required to use project management software - as long as the software you use enables the students to fulfil the project management component. My students do Gantt charts on Excel or Word - however they  must demonstrate understanding and application of the following:

All relevant elements of planning and organising the project are accurately identified including tasks, timelines, resource requirements, milestones, and where appropriate, contingency plans. High level skills in the use of project management software tools to produce a plan that efficiently organises the project, logically sequences the tasks, identifies dependencies and monitors and documents progress. All modifications to the project plan are comprehensively documented.
