[Year 12 IT Apps] Vitta practice exams

Hi everyone,

 

I just arrived back at my desk to find that the VITTA Practice Exams have
been posted to the Edulists.  If this has already been mentioned, I
apologise - but I am responding to this issue with the urgency that is
required.

 

VITTA exists to serve its members and is a not for profit subject
association.  By providing Professional Development, creating resources for
teachers and through events such as our Annual Conference, we gather income
that helps us keep on doing more of the same.  Without your support via
membership and attendance at these events, VITTA would very soon cease to
exist.

 

In providing the practice exams to our members who purchase them in
electronic format, we are doing a number of things.  Firstly, we feel it is
an efficient (and also cost effective way) to distribute the exams.
Secondly, by purchasing the exams in the format, you are able to put them on
your school network and this prevents printing many reams of paper (so is
quite environmentally friendly - well. we like to think so!)

 

The big disadvantage of us producing the exams in this format, is that we
trust that you will abide by the copyright legislation and not distribute
them in any way (including to the Edulists).  We really do rely on your
goodwill in this regard in order that VITTA may be sustained.

 

Could I ask that anyone that has received these exams that has not purchased
them from us, please delete them.

 

Kevork - could you please remove the attachments from this thread on the
Edulists site?  Thanks.

Sorry if I should know this already but . 
Has anyone seen or heard anything about the VITTA practice exams? 

I haven't received the usual flyer yet and I am having trouble accessing
their web site.
