Dear all
Firstly apologies if this is totally of topic but with the discussion of
copyright for U402 I thought I needed to ask this question.

Our music department wishes to have a itunes Istore account set up for
them to purchase MP3's for use in the classroom.
Is this legal? Have any schools done this?

My information from APRA seems to say that all forms of music in a
classroom is legal except for mp3's purchased through itunes/ bigpond
music as these organisations only have a private use license.

Anyway thanks in advance for your help
Andrew
