An interesting and timely item appeared in today's ninemsn Small Business site: 

"What are online customer concerns?"

It outlines customer concerns about security and privacy in relation to small business.  A link to the site is provided:

I have also taken the liberty of copying the article and a copy is attached for those interested.

Reference in the article is made of the federal Department of Communications, Information technology and the Arts.  It has some interesting material\information relating to security, spam and spyware.  This should be of interest of other computer classes.
