Thanks Laurie - yes I assigned all year 11 students and subjects as year 10 but it still will not work, oh well - going with the old mail merge now for year 11's - at least year 12's don't need reports this semester!!

  Cheers

The Quick Vic reporting package is only designed for 7-10 (ie VELS based subjects). You could fool it by assigning all your year 11 courses to year 10, but I'm not sure how that would impact on student files and export to CASES!

  Hello all !!

Has anyone worked out a way to get Year 11 students into the Quick Vic reporting database? It worked last semester (before the upgrade) but I have had no luck this semester.

I've tried to import them via the access .mdb file which the software uses (which is an Access '95 file) but then this will not open in the Central Reporting System.

Any clues would be greatly appreciated

  Cheers

  Ros
