[Year 12 IT Apps] Sample examination questions

Can anyone suggest a good response to section Q5 a) on the VCAA sample
questions. Suggest a strategy which could be used to get Jean to follow
procedures.

Also Q6 is a little ambiguous. Describe how 3 different design elements
have been used. Are they talking about navigation bars etc?
