Queries - combine from any table in the database; select records based on multiple rules, add calculation
fields and summary fields
Searches - work only on a single table (unless you search a query !); and cannot create data.

Section B, question 3.  I'm stumped trying to work out the difference between doing a search and doing a
query.

Are they not the same thing in Access?  You find certain values in one or more fields and show the results...

Except a query can also calculate new values from existing data.

Any other difference?
