[Year 12 IT Apps] Front page question

Hi Jeff,

 Anchors seem pretty straightforward.
Create a bookmark in a page by highlighting a section of text( some
text ) , Insert Bookmark, call it eg. test
The code will appear as <a name="test">some text </a>

To browse to that part of the page
http://myweb.edu.au/myweb/mypage.htm#test
and the hyperlink will go to that line on the page ( it will scroll
down for you to that part of the page )
To jump to that part of the page from within the page, the hyperlink
will just be #test.

If you use a textbox (in a form) in FrontPage then go to the properties
you can choose a "password" option that displays and submits encrypted
data. The proviso here is that it relies on a Unix server to work
properly. Since we at Yeshivah don't have access to a dedicated server,
I have told my students that they can cover themselves by explaining in
their documentation (or annotations) what any specific requirements are,
after all, they are only required to create a prototype website. My
understanding of a prototype is that not everything has to be working
but the placeholders and explanations of what should happen would
demonstrate the students' understanding of the requirements.

Another possibility for passwords is to use javascript. There are many
resources available on the web for this - webmonkey comes to mind but
there are many, many more out there.

Now, a quick question from me for any FrontPage experts out there: how
can I insert an anchor for navigation purposes in FrontPage? I know
perfectly well how to do the HTML code for this (<a name="...", etc.)
but I haven't been able to locate the item in FrontPage to allow this.
